Below is important information about our Troop outing in September!!!!
When: Friday, September 25 (meet at First Baptist Church) to Sunday, September 27 (return to First Baptist Church)
Where: Glen Helen Regional Park
Why: Troops from all over the CIEC will attend this event. Scouts will have the opportunity to attend the sheriff’s rodeo. Patrols will also be able to participate in competitions including Map and Compass, Fire Building, Rapid Transit, Lashings, Dutch Oven Cooking and Campsite Inspection. Top patrol earns the inaugural Adventure Weekend CUP!! See the attached flyer for more information.
Who: All Troop 2 Scouts.
Cost: Scouts – $25 / Adults – $20 if you pay on August 31; Scouts – $30 / Adults – $25 if you pay on between September 1 and September 14
Signups:You must sign-up for this event at this week’s Monday night meeting on August 31. You have until September 14 to make the payment (but the costs increases if payment is received after Monday, August 31). Contact Mr. McCormick for any questions.
